Buying Bakugan Battle Brawlers Special Attack Jumping Skyress (Colors May Vary)

I ordered this for my son because it was listed as an Amazon Prime item (little blue check mark). I chose this item over other Bakugan because I wanted it to arrive before we left on a road trip vacation. However it DID NOT arrive on time. I contacted the seller when I returned and they told me, "Amazon Prime does not apply to any of my items." I do not know why they are marked as Amazon Prime.
